As part of our two-generation programming, our Workforce Development Program supports parents of BBI students by preparing them for jobs and careers that lead to economic mobility. Our programming falls into three main categories:

Parent Internship Program
Twice a year, a new cohort of ten parents moves through the Parent Internship Program, working with a specialist to pursue their individualized goals.
The program includes:
Ten-hour a week paid internship
Weekly cohort meetings
Field trips & conferences
