Originally from Staunton, Virginia, Willie is an experienced HR practitioner with 10 years of industry knowledge. He is committed to driving organizational success through effective HR strategies. Willie brings a wealth of experience from diverse sectors including Manufacturing, Distribution Services, Pharmaceutical, Academia/Higher Education, and Startups.
Proud Eastern Mennonite University student athlete alumni who graduated with a degree in communication. During his tenure at EMU, Willie began exploring the art of connecting through words and building meaningful relationships. He is committed to furthering his knowledge and skills in the dynamic field of human resources through ongoing higher education exploration.
Father of two amazing boys (Elijah & Oliver), who are both racing enthusiasts and youth sports standouts, Willie often finds himself documenting the beautiful chaos of parenthood and the adrenaline rush of cheering on young athletes!
When not performing HR duties, Willie fills his time by embracing the thrill of building and racing anything with wheels, empowering young athletes through training, exploring the beauty of diverse cultures, spreading laughter with stand-up comedy gigs, and experimenting with mouthwatering recipes from Pinterest.
