Renee E. Sally is the Director of Operations and Compliance at Bright Beginnings. In this role, Renee is responsible for compliance management activities in accordance with the Head Start Performance Standards, OSSE, and OSSE Childcare Subsidy Agreement requirements. In addition to Facilities Management, ERSEA, Information Technology, and Risk Management.
Before joining Bright Beginnings, Inc., Renee served as the Program Director at New Day Transitional Home for Women & Children and the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Unity Health Care, Inc. Renee has more than 20 years of experience in leadership, a rich background in operations, program management, marketing, and public relations.
Demonstrating a commitment to excellence, strategic thinking, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community. Ms. Sally is a native of Prince George County, Maryland; earned a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Nonprofit and Associations Management from the previously UMUC now University of Maryland Global College.
