For over 29 years, Bright Beginnings staff has helped thousands of children and their families break the cycle of intergenerational poverty and achieve self-sufficiency.
Bright Beginnings takes a holistic approach to meeting the special needs of families with young children and has developed a comprehensive program to include educational, therapeutic and health and family support services. Research repeatedly indicates that children living in homeless environments experience increased health problems, developmental delays, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems and lower educational achievement. Bright Beginnings understands the complex needs of our children and supports them to reach important developmental milestones and prepare for kindergarten. At the same time, Bright Beginnings supports parents to overcome barriers to self-sufficiency.
